Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Le Kane, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priority. As a growing brand, we currently do not offer returns or refunds for size issues, colour preference, or change of mind.

We only provide a replacement if:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

To request a replacement due to damage or wrong item delivered, please email us at: info@lekane.in with photos and order details.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled only before the product is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to update this policy as the brand grows.
